A little dedication to my friends of "petanque"

Today I will make a rather special article.

Maxence and Jonathan my friends are engaged in a very original project which I find very interesting. "Pétanque" is very practiced in France and more and more young people take part in this activity.
Being from the south of France, I can only fan of the petanque because in this part of France "petanque" is in the culture. In addition, the opportunity to drink something while playing petanque in the summer and winter is a great idea.

In conclusion I encourage and wish them get to create their petanque bar where I would go of course.

Good luck my friends and go to a few years at the Espace Petanque

I finish this article with a little part of french : "Vive la France et vive la Pétanque !!! ;)"

A very emotional moment

This Nov. 18, 2015 will remain an unforgettable moment for all sports fans. Indeed, a few days after the terrible tragedy of Paris, a football match is programmed in England in Wembley Stadium. This match opposes England and France. Of course, the atmosphere around this game was very special. The English had also decided to mark the occasion. For this, the French national anthem was sung by all the stadium, players of two teams observed a minute of silence together around the center circle. The arch of Wembley stayed blue, white and red all match.

The match in itself had very little success and the English won 2 goals to 0. The next day in the English press, the match score appeared as anecdotal and that is solidarity and the emotion of this big sports moment who are the winners.

In conclusion, we watched a great moment in sports history and history in general because sport was only secondary that night.

Zone line technology

As I've told you, here is the progress of our micro project.

I remind you that the team consists of my friends Jérémy CAVARD, Simon Malgat Victor Malgat.

First of all, I will remember the concept. It is providing assistance to handball referees through technology. We called it the zone line technology. So we will install sensors on the 6 meter zone (goalkeeper area). Players will be equipped chip in shoes. Referees will possess watches. All these elements are interconnected. When a player walk on the 6 meter zone which is totally banned in handball, the referee receives a signal on his watch which will allow it to whistle the fault.
Indeed, the fault are very present in this sport and the referees do not see all the time because the game is very fast today.

The progress of the project will follow on the blog.

See you soon for new adventures.

A worldwide mobilization

Following the disaster of Paris, many persons involved in sport mobilized themselves around the world. Everyone wanted to pay a tribute to France.

The first support came from Italy. A second division championship game started the match with a minute of silence followed by the national anthem of France. A player from the same league also pulled out a French flag after a goal he scored.

In the US, the NHL National Hockey League) has also set the colors of France. The rink of Montreal was blue, white and red. The process was the same with a minute of silence and the national anthem of France. England and London also participated in the tribute. We could see the colors of France on the arch of Wembley Stadium. The Tennis Masters which takes place within the O2 arena also observed a minute of silence and there are the french colours.

Other movements have occurred. For example, Toulouse rugby players who were playing an European Cup match against Saracens in England have called for there to be the French national anthem that is played before the game.In the USA, there was also a minute of silence and the French national anthem in Los Angeles before a NBA game.

Finally, many others cities around the world (Sydney, Mexico City, Berlin ...) also posted the colors blue, white and red on important monuments.

The whole world has mobilized to acts that should not exist. A big thought for all the victims of this tragedy against humanity.
